This week the drive people came to do my drive - that was scheduled for ‘mid to late summer’!
The bathroom fitter has finally given me a date - end of May.
The man who will redo the cladding has done the quote for about a quarter of what I expected!
I’ve just had an email from the firm that redid the drive: they overestimated and my bill will be considerably less than the estimate.
A real feeling of everything blocking my progress being removed; I’ve even been referred to a consultant for my second knee joint transplant!!
Love to Jo and hope she’s soon over the dreaded lurgi and it’s not too dire for her.
