Hello Dear Friend,
How are you doing? I am good thank you, have slowly been recovering my energy. I loved how you were going to take care of yourselves after last week’s missive, you are doing so many good things. ❤️Here in my part of the UK the weather seems to have perked up a bit and all of a sudden it is in the mid 20’s every day. It has taken me a bit by surprise after all the wet weather we have had for the last 6 months or so. There is a video about the landslips which occurred on the island last winter if you are interested - overnight about 150 million tons of cliff crashed down, and the film shows the area covered by this. It is a BBC video and can be found here - Coastal Erosion - The Isle of Wight. It does show some of the beautiful coastline of the island I call home. We are also in the throes of the Isle of Wight Music Festival, the annual event which attracts approximately 55,000 people for the weekend. I am so glad it has been dry for them, although there will doubtless be quite a few going home with sunburnt bits.
Seasonal Affective Disorder
The end of last week marked the Summer Solstice, with its many energy layers and exultations from people to mark the day, release old energies, and celebrate the longest day of the year. The thing which is not often mentioned is the fact that if you tend to suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder or SAD the Summer Solstice can trigger a reaction. We may not consciously notice it, but our body realises that the days are getting shorter and can have a sort of panic attack, bringing on the symptoms of SAD. More information can be found in this NuffieldHealth.com article. So if you are feeling a little low, listless, having difficulty concentrating or having brain fog, be gentle with yourself. Allow your body to adjust to the new light levels. On a side note though - if the symptoms persist or you are worried for your mental health, please get in touch with your doctor.
Solstice Reflections
This halfway point in the year is a good time to stop, reflect on the previous 6 months and think about where the next 6 months will take us. Questions you might ask yourself are -
What am I grateful for this year?
What can I celebrate?
What do I need to let go of?
Do I need to forgive myself for anything?
What will help me connect to my vision for the rest of the year?
Soul Science Summit
This looks like it might be interesting. It starts Monday 24th June and runs all week. The topics which caught my eye were Biofield Therapies: The Science of Energy Medicine/Reiki, Quantum Medicine and Treating the Soul, and The Science of Intuition. It runs from June 24th - 28th, more details can be found here. If you miss any of the lives they will be available for 48hours, and then again next weekend, so you have a week to catch the sessions which call to you.
Short and sweet this time, stay safe, stay happy, and look after yourself. Until next time, as ever, may your angels and guides watch over you and protect you until we meet again.
Love and Light,
Guided By Angels will always be free to subscribers. If you enjoy it please click the like button, that way I know someone is reading it, or please share it with someone who might enjoy it.
There is the option now to become a paid subscriber if you would like to support these Sunday Letters in that way, or you could consider buying me a cup of tea.
I definitely run on tea.

Until next time, bye for now.
