Hello Dear Friend,
How are you doing, I hope you had a good August.
There is a definite feeling of the world and the seasons turning out there at the moment. We are currently having a heatwave on the island, but underlying it is the sense that autumn is waiting in the wings ready to envelop us in her misty goodness.
Anyhoo, it is the time of the month/// for the group tarot reading, as usual, I will be using the *Llewellyn Tarot Deck.
Are you ready? Then I will dive right in…
This month’s spread
I have used the usual three-card spread, Embrace/Accept/Release or Let Go. It seems to work for most of you, and as ever take what you feel is aimed at you. Disregard anything that doesn’t fit, and above all, if the card speaks to you in a different way, then go with that.
The Cards
Card 1 - Embrace - Ace of Wands
I have probably said this before, but I love this card. It speaks to me of adventure, opportunities and action.
What do you need to embrace in relation to that? What inspires your passions? Have you had a breakthrough in how you think about a person, a situation, or an opportunity?
This card is asking you to embrace ideas, growth, passion, and creativity, and to allow the adventure to begin.
Card 2 - Accept - Nine of Cups
Cups. These cards are all about intuition, emotions, relationships, the arts, and Spirit, with the water in the card reflecting the type of emotion. So if you draw a Cups card, pay attention to how the water is represented.
This card shows a serene woman, by the side of a gently flowing stream to match her gentle encouraging company. With this card, you are invited to accept that dreams can come true. Accept that emotional fulfilment, contentment, and abundance can be yours. Have you had doubts? Relax, and see what the universe can bring your way, and above all, as always, pay attention to the nudges and signs from Spirit, guiding your way.
Card 3 - Let Go or Release - Justice
Well, this is the first time I have pulled this card before, so it took me a little while to read the meaning. Isn’t she beautiful?
Justice usually speaks of the need to weigh and measure, and perhaps pass judgement on situations and other people. In the context of its position in this spread - Letting go - you might need to ask yourself if you are stuck. Do you feel wronged? Is holding on to that feeling helpful? Is there anything you can do about it? Or can you accept it?
Have the patience to allow Justice to do her work, allowing her the space to balance the situation or relationship in her own way. Let go of the need to control the outcome, and try to accept what is happening or coming.
Summary
So to sum up this month’s cards -
Embrace - Adventure and Challenges
Accept - Contentment and Fulfilment
Let Go - Of the need to control an outcome, and trust that all will happen for your greatest and highest good, even if you can’t see that far ahead yet.
As ever these are just my ramblings and are not set in stone, take what you need from the reading and use it. If the cards resonate with you in a different way, go with it. Your heart and soul know what is best for you. Follow the nudges and messages from Spirit and the angels, remember, the more you pay attention, the more you will see.
Substack Chat
I know, I haven’t gotten to it yet, my illness prevented me from having headspace for it. I hope to get this started while I am at Gladstone’s Library, I am there from the 14-24th September and am really looking forward to delving into their Theology section and have already reserved some special collection items to look at regarding angels.
I will be back on Sunday with my usual letter to you dear friend, until next time, as ever, may your angels and guides watch over you and protect you until we meet again.
Love and Light,
Guided By Angels will always be free to subscribers. If you enjoy it click the like button or share it with someone who might enjoy it. If you like it and can, please consider buying me a cup of tea.
I definitely run on tea.
Thank you for reading and for subscribing.
Until next time, bye for now.
