Hello Dear Friend,
Welcome to another week, and yes I do know that my ahem Sunday letter is coming to you on a Monday. I was off having fun, we went to a talk by George Saunders at the Southbank Centre and met in real life some of the London Writers Salon members who I have chatted with on and off zoom for the last year and a half. It was a wonderful, if very long, day, and I am still trying to recover my energy.
With that in mind, this missive is going to be a short one, but I wanted to share a new course being put together by Dr Shuna Marr, (more on this below) and to share a few thoughts and articles I have come across over the last few days.
Visible or Invisible?
This week I was going to talk about visibility and invisibility, from different perspectives. I seemed to spend the whole of last week talking with people about this topic, from being a woman over a certain age, just walking in the park and having people walk into you and also being afraid to say what you really think in case it makes you more visible, more attractive to the haters and the critics.
Spending the day in London in a wheelchair, gave me another viewpoint entirely, so I think if it alright with you, my dear friend, I will discuss this more fully next Sunday. This will give me more time to recover from my trip and to gather my thoughts fully.
Really Visible
Ok, this is a bit of a stretch… I just wanted to give a shout-out to my dear friend Louise Coghlan, who had just launched her book. It is all about her granny. But Granny Nancy was no ordinary lady, she was Ireland’s oldest lady when she died last year, just 36 days before her 108th birthday. Her love, kindness and affection for others just scream from the pages of this book, I honestly believe that every house should have a copy of this book, somewhere to go when looking for inspiration and guidance on how to live a good life.
Lou’s Substack can be found here

Support and Protect Your Energy - a new course
Dr Shuna Marr has put together a new course, *Support and Protect Your Energy, I spoke earlier in the year about the Support Your Energy course, and this is what Shuna has to say about the Protect your energy course.
In 'Protect Your Energy' we will be taking a deep dive into these areas...
Clair senses - what they are and which one(s) you’re getting messages through (even if you haven't realised it)
Chakra balancing and 3rd eye management - managing energy flow
Psychic phenomena experiences - what's happening, why you're attracting these experiences and how to safely deal with them
Psychic phenomena experiences include (but are not limited to) hearing and seeing things others can't see, feeling presences, having premonitions, feeling a weight on you, visions of past lives, telepathic communication, poltergeist experiences, out of body experiences, psychic attack, spontaneously speaking or writing light languages... etc)
Why we view such experiences through fear filters and how to reclaim the power that you've given away through fear
How to create healthy energetic boundaries that support and protect you (in a non-fearful way)
The dangers of opening the 3rd eye and crown too soon and how to do this in a supported and grounded way
Healthy energetic practices that support your third eye and chakra energy centres
We will be giving you the knowledge, understanding and tools you need to protect your energy in an empowered way
Dr Shuna Marr, *Support and Protect Your Energy Course
As I said earlier, this course builds on the Support Your Energy course which ran in June this year, and the next part will be a live training in November. I love Shuna’s style of teaching and the way she shares her knowledge of the Awakening/Spiritual worlds. Click on any of the ‘Bold and Underlined’ links above for more information.
If you are interested, ( I will be signing up), I would sign up before the end of the 31st of October, as the price will be going up. The early-bird cost is £75, rising to £97 on 1st November.
In the interest of full transparency, I am an affiliate for Shuna’s courses, so if you do purchase the course you will be helping me as well with a small commission. Please remember I only recommend people who I know, trust and respect. If you would like to try one of Shuna’s free workshops and see what else Spiritual Awakening Support can offer you to develop your spiritual skills *click here for a full brochure.
Things catching my eye this week:
This article by Sala G Wyman is about breaking bread in the company of others. This brings to mind all the communal meals I have prepared and shared during my life, my favourites being the Outward Bound Centre in Eskdale and the Wasdale Head Inn in Cumbria. They were truly happy and blessed times, even if I didn’t know it then.
I also found a lovely article about Turf Houses, yes they really are a thing and no, it’s not a new-fangled eco thing either. Intrigued? Follow this link to find out all about the Turf Houses of Iceland which have been built since the 9th Century. I think this may be the closest thing to a Hobbit house in real life.
As I said, short and sweet this time, I promise to have more energy next time around, also don’t forget the Monthly Tarot Reading will be dropping into your inbox next Monday too.
Until next time, as ever, may your angels and guides watch over you and protect you until we meet again.
Love and Light,
Tracy

So lovely to see this photo a second time. What a glorious clutch (?) of writers. What is the collective term for writers I wonder? An anthology of authors?! Whatever, it's a gorgeous sight to see xxx
