Hello Dear Friend,
How are you doing? I hope you are well, my apologies for the delay in sending this month’s reading out life has been a bit mad. But, it is that time of the month, the time for the group tarot reading, and as usual, I will be using the *Llewellyn Tarot Deck.
Are you ready? Then I will dive right in…
This month’s spread
I have used the usual three-card spread, Embrace/Accept/Release or Let Go. It seems to work for most of you, as ever take what you feel is aimed at you. Disregard anything that doesn’t fit, and above all, if the card speaks to you in a different way, then go with that.
The Cards
Card 1 - Embrace - Knight of Cups
At first glance it looks as though this card is about adventure, setting off on your trusty steed ready for anything. But, if you look closer, he is carrying a chalice, so this is more of a proposal or collaboration that is on the cards - no pun intended… The Knight signals opportunity, broadening horizons, maybe an opportunity to learn from a close friend or lover. The Knight can also represent a larger-than-life character in your life - you know, the person who feels ALL the feelings, dramatic, heart on their sleeve, possibly a drama queen. Is their way of being in the world speaking to you, could you be a little more like them?
Being in the position of Embrace, this card could, as you’ve seen mean many things. To me, the feeling I am getting is one of opportunity, learning and collaboration, following your heart, and being aware of your emotions.
Card 2 - Accept - Magician
The first thing I think of when I see the Magician is power, achievement, and goals. He is shown in the middle of the forest, which is filled with elemental power, he is standing there confident in his power and knowledge, plotting his way forwards. The Magician is inviting you to Accept your power and your authority, you are a person who is a force of art and creativity, an independent thinker with a strong inner intuition. Even if you don’t feel that way all the time.
The Magician wants you to accept that part of you, step into it, and towards your goals.
Card 3 - Let Go or Release - Five of Wands
Well, the five of Wands speaks volumes just in its image. Conflict, competition, conflicting ideas, the card depicts a group of men, who, on the face of it, seem to have come together to build something. But, the plans lay discarded and tempers seem to be flaring as different ideas battle for supremacy.
Are you in this position? Is there conflict in your world? This card represents a breakdown in communication. Is it you? Are you digging your heels in?
This card invites you to reflect on the situation or position you find yourself in and asks you to find a way to let go of the struggle, to find a way to start again.
Summary
So to sum up this month’s cards -
Embrace - Collaborations, opportunities, and following your heart.
Accept - That you are a powerful, independent person, step into and accept your own power.
Let Go - Let go of conflict and strife, if you can. Do you need it? Is there another way? Only you know your deepest truth.
As ever these are just my ramblings and are not set in stone, take what you need from the reading and use it. If the cards resonate with you in a different way, go with it. Your heart and soul know what is best for you. Follow the nudges and messages from Spirit and the angels, remember, the more you pay attention, the more you will see.
