Energy issues this week
is it just me?
Hello Dear Friend,
I start with an apology for the late delivery of your letter this week. I have been struggling with my ME this week, so have had the attention span of a gnat and zero energy levels. It seems to be lifting so Spirit willing, I will be back on form next week.
Although on the up side, I have spend a fair few hours just staring out of the window, watching the birds fly by and the cars beetling along over the downs road. Its fun to wonder where they are going, what sort of day they are having, and then sending them blessings.
Is it the cosmic energy that is off at the moment? or is it just me? This relapse seems to have come out of the blue. Kirsty Elizabeth on her Facebook page has been posting about the energy changes that are around us at the moment. She has also written about the period of change we are going through on a blog post: The Angelic Agenda
What are your thoughts around this subject? Are we going through changes? Or is it just the collective energy is so disturbed by all the events in the world, current ones as well as the knock on effects of the past 2 years. Its definitely something to ponder.
Energy Management
Dr Shuna Marr will be running an Energy Management course in May, the topics to be covered include:

The Past Week
I haven’t really had the energy for much, so have spend time binge watching box sets… Don’t judge, I am sure we all do it… ;0)
I have been enjoying the Psychic Investigators series on Amazon Prime, a documentary style program which highlights how psychics have helped the police solve crimes and bring resolution to families. When my brain was completely fried I also started re-watching Castle and Murder She Wrote, both light frothy and easy on the brain cells.
The bunnies and bears are about to be joined by some dogs. I had great fun yesterday working on a Golden Labrador, and am about to do a Spaniel. Photos to follow next week.
